BIG RENTAL GUIDE PARTNER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before accepting or declining this property rental service.
By submitting your property for rental on Riviera Rental Guide you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. You agree that you have the authority as owner or appointed agent to register and advertise such property for rental. You furthermore agree that as the owner or authorised agent, you are giving Riviera Rental Guide a full and clear mandate to market this property or properties on the website Riviera Rental Guide and to accept rental payments on your behalf.
2. You agree that the rental costs shown on Riviera Rental Guide are the full and complete costs associated with renting your proposed property and agree that any owner who applies additional non-disclosed fees or charges to clients will automatically be permanently banned from Riviera Rental Guide
3. You agree that Riviera Rental Guide will apply a retail margin of 15% on top of your specified rental fees.
4. You agree that Riviera Rental Guide is authorised and mandated to retail your property on this site and through it's external data feeds which will possibly be extracted elsewhere e.g Google and other aggregators.
5. You agree that you will use best endeavours to market your property fully and properly on Riviera Rental Guide by providing extended descriptions and up-to-date high quality imagery.
6. By submitting your property to Riviera Rental Guide you confirm that you have made full and appropriate insurance provisions on your proposed rental properties and absolve and indemnify Riviera Rental Guide of any and all liability arising from any and all damage caused to the property for any reason whatsoever. You furthermore confirm that your insurance company has been notified that your property is being rented commercially.
7. By submitting your property to Riviera Rental Guide you agree that Riviera Rental Guide may, without explanation, remove any or all of your listings from the site.
8. By submitting your property to Riviera Rental Guide you agree that should your property fail to meet minimum rental standards it may be removed from the site.
9. By submitting your property to Riviera Rental Guide you agree that should your listing fail to meet editorial guidelines it may be removed from the site if remedial action is not taken.
10. You agree that you have made appropriate arrangements with the taxation authorities in France, Italy or Monaco and confirm that you are aware that these responsibilities are yours and your alone, and indemnify Riviera Rental Guide from all liability and fiscal responsibility.
11. By submitting your property to Riviera Rental Guide you agree to provide truthful and accurate descriptions of your property. You furthermore agree that representatives of Riviera Rental Guide will always personally inspect the property, and have ongoing access for continuing inspections.
12. By submitting your property for rental to Riviera Rental Guide you agree that if reservations are in place and you sell your property or make it unavailable in any other way, you will be in breach of contract and potentially liable to compensate to renter, this is covered explicitly under European Consumer Law. Riviera Rental Guide will not assume joint or several liability for owners who remove the product after it has been sold. If Riviera Rental Guide has to compensate renters the company will seek redress from the owners in every case without exception.
13. By submitting your property for rental to Riviera Rental Guide you agree to accept credit card anti-fraud measures and receive your payments in arrears on the 1st of every month following check out of the client.
14. By submitting your property for rental to Riviera Rental Guide you agree to accept European Consumer Law which allows customers to cancel their reservation under certain conditions.
The cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 60 days notice
You will receive 15% of the total booking value and your property is released for re-renting.
Less than 60 days
You will receive 100% of the total booking value providing reservation has been completed beyond deposit. Your property is released for re-renting.
Less than 30 days
Any renter within 30 days must pay the 100% amount, you receive 100% and your property is released for re-renting. |
