Matsushima has a renowned gourmet restaurant on Rue de France in Nice that serves Mediterranean food with an Asian twist. Saison is his way of introducing the Nicois to Japanese food. Fantastic service in stylish minimal Japanese setting and fantastic food. Expect to find sushi, sashimi and wonderful noodle dishes of the like you'd find only in Japan. A cheaper more accessible route to an incredibly talented chef. |
