The newly opened beach club Zebra plage is the place to go to hang out in the pure St Tropez style. The sand is golden, the parking is valet and the vibe is full on glamour. This beach club is tied to the Zebra lounges in Paris and Monaco so they understand what makes a place hottter than the mediterranean mid day sun.
Open late with the prerequisite luxurious lounging areas, beach butlers, great restaurant, cocktails and tunes it is a fun place to hang out that feels like everything a Riviera beach should feel like.

Far from 'passable' this beach front restaurant is classy, relaxed, chic with great food, a lovely beach and beautiful views across the water towards Villefranche. It gets the last of the evening sun and is very conducive to staying a while with large sofas and relaxing areas. Food is Mediterranean with a focus on fish; lobster taglitelle, grilled fish and Italian influenced dishes. A la Carte from €45.

This beach side restaurant in Villefranche really has the best view over the Rade de Villefranche of all the beach front restaurants. The elevated terrace means you can sit just above the average eye line and really enjoy unspoiled views of the sea and the Old Town in the distance. It has the benefit of being the only beach club on Villefranche beach so you can base yourself there for the entire day. The food is good, not gourmet but good quality and reasonable prices starting from €12. Lovely beachy atmosphere, very relaxed and chilled out.

Excellent restuarant tucked away in the village of Eze. Intimate setting and traditional cuisine made from only locally grown, specialist produce that the chef hand picks himself on a daily basis. Menu Gourmand from €35.

This family run 'Auberge' is in the heart of the village and is centred around a very pretty terrace sheltered from the sun by huge Plane trees. A good spot for lunch they serve a traditional menu with pizzas and snacks. Menu from €10. Open everyday during the season but closed for the month of January.

Le K restaurant and Cafe del Mare is a new 'concept' in dining. Perhaps it is a new concept in France, but how it translates is just a chic and stylish restaurant with a variety of seating options and a focus on ambiance as much as the food. Something that is somewhat missing in the South of France. This place has a good menu, focused on fresh produce and value. You'll find nice sofas, a comfortable dining area and all in a lovely setting down on the port. Worth a visit.

A luxury hotel and restaurant that serves excellent food from a classic menu. The dining rooms are charming, with panoramic views and a beach service too. The food is not cheap but the expense reflects the quality as well as the quantity with good size servings and also an on site sommelier to recommend the best choices of wines.

La Taverne d'Antan is a self styled medieval restaurant which in a town like Eze is sometimes just what you are looking for if you want total immersion in the 'ancienne.' Although with names on the menu like Roy Arthur (King Arthur) and Lancelot it may be just a little confused as to whose history it is re-enacting. Still it is a bit of fun and you can't really go wrong with cheeses, cold meats and roast dishes. All in good spirit and trés atmospheric.

Bar and restaurant in the old town of Villefranche-sur-Mer. Good location in the pretty little open square. Food is basic, Mediterranean and a touch too expensive for what it is but it's a pleasure to pay for the location and the ambiance.

Traditional restaurant located in the hills close to La Turbie. A little bit out of town this restaurant is worth the drive for the cosy atmosphere and the local cuisine; farcis, daube de sanglier, roast lamb, lasgne, pissalidiéres and other local delicasies. Cosy and atmospheric restaurant, well known locally.

This hotel has one of the finest restuarnts on the coast. Tucked up in the village of Eze it clings to the rockface and offers seriously impressive dining views over the Med. Three restuarnts; a grill, a gourmet and a terrace lunchtime only restuarant, are all over seen by Michelin star chef Phillipe Labbé. The setting is beautiful and the food remarkable, a special treat. Worth visiting if only for an aperitif on the terrace.

Restaurant and tiny hotel in Eze-sur-Mer. Tucked away in the corner it is easy to miss. Cuisine is Mediterranean and the décor is rustic with lots of character. It is one of the few restaurants to remain open during the winter months so it is a good address to know if you are holidaying then.

Charming restaurant in Villefranch old town, just on Rue Obscure, the hidden street where in, medieval times, residents would hide when under attack. Menu's from €17, food is traditional with seafood and meat dishes. An atmospheric location.

Beach club and restaurant on Eze beach with a relaxed eclectic style inflected with bright Indian colours and mosaics intended to be reminiscent of beaches in Goa. Likewise the food is inspired by Asia, Spain and our own Mediterranean cuisine. Beach loungers, relaxed seating and raised sea views from the balcony all complete the experience. Thoroughly enjoyable. Opening times are seasonal, you can forget it in the Winter months.
