Basilico is a restaurant situated on the seafront between Menton's two ports. It is an unassuming place but the food is great quality and good value. It may lack a little in atmosphere with simple modern decor on the edge of bland but don't let that put you off the food as it is anything but. Cuisine is Italian.

This restaurant is somewhat tucked away despite being on the sea front. Steps down to the terrace keep it away from traffic and shady on a sunny day but this also takes away from the view. Food is good value and great Italian cuisine. It is not gourmet but the standard is high. They specialise in grilled fish and meats.
