Where is Colomars
Colomars is a small village that lies 15 kilometres North East of Nice. A tiny village with less than 3000 residents it is nestled in a lofty position surrounded by Pines and Olive trees looking out over a view of Nice. The Chemin de Fer train route runs up to this village that is at an altitude of 334 metres above sea level.
It's a quiet town but still has some sports fields, tennis, the infamous French game of Petangue and a 14th Century chapel as local points of interest. It has the benefit of being remote and picturesque while not being to far from the big city and there are neighbouring villages nearby to explore too, Aspremont , Carros and Castagniers all within 10 kilometres.
