days in between will become highlighted and you can then
click 'Calculate Price' to calculate the price of your
vacation rental. If your preferred dates are unavailable,
remember that a lot of properties have a minimum stay
requirement and that most properties require check-in and
check-out to be on a Saturday.
Click on the 'Property Prices' sub menu item on all property
information pages. This will display the nightly rate, a
mimimum stay if set, the day you must check-in if set and
and any discounts offered for longer stays. The price of your
vacation rental is automatically calculated at booking
Final payments on all property reservations are due a
maximum of 30 days after the initial reservation date in all
circumstances. Riviera Rental Guide will notify you by e-mail
of upcoming payments due.
Riviera Rental Guide accepts all major credit cards as
well as cheques and wire transfers. Please note that
although we accept payment by cheque and wire transfer, we
cannot reserve a property for you until receipt of funds,
therefore, we highly recommend paying online with a valid
credit or debit card.
You may contact our customer service team directly via the website. We will facilitate your reservation request using electronic wire transfer or check payment and make
your booking manually.
We cannot definitively pre-reserve a property until payment
has been received by us. In the event that the chosen
property becomes unavailable in the interim, we will
substitute a similiar or better property in it's place.
Yes we do. If you are booking far enough in advance, you
can pay a deposit to reserve your property. The
balance payment is normally due within 30 days. Also, if
your holiday is quite far in advance, you may pay in
monthly installments. This greatly minimises your initial

For your convenience, we provide currency conversions in
over 15 high-profile, international currencies. To see how
much a rental is in your own currency, click on 'Property
Prices' when looking at the property. You can then select your
currency from the drop down menu. Please note that these
are indicative only and payment is only accepted in Euro

Bookings' and from there select 'Update check-in/out
details'. You can select a new check-in time and we'll pass
that information on to the person welcoming you to the property.
Having reserved a property on our site, shortly before your
holiday, you will be put in contact with the keyholder,
property manager or owner of the property to finalise
check-in arrangements. Our system ensures that the check-in
time you selected during booking is sent to all applicable
parties so the check-in process is seamless. Plus, you can
provide your travel details, and we'll ensure the person
welcoming you to the rental is kept up to speed on how and
when you'll be arriving to the property.
Here's how it works. When an owner lists their property on
our site, they're obligated to provide one free check-in
period and one-free check-out period during the middle of
the day. Usually this is a 3-hour window but the owner can
lengthen it if they wish. As a result, many properties have
much larger check-in windows, some even offer 24-hour
check-ins. Our system will only allow you to select valid
check-in/out times for your dates during the reservation
process so you can book with confidence knowing that you
will be welcomed to the property at your specified time.
Please bear in mind that some out-of-hours check-ins can
incur a supplement but that information is made clear during
the reservation process.
We offer advanced availability functionality
to the owners and agents of apartment buildings and
aparthotels. If an owner or agent has multiple properties
are very similar, i.e. same price, same aspect, same view,
same furnishings, we provide individual availability
for each of the properties but show only a single listing.
The availability of the property shown on the website is
amalgamation of all individual availability calendars so
all of the individual units are unavailable for the dates
reserved, the property will show those dates as available.
