your property. Our Multiple Property Functionality (MPF)
is designed to combine many units into a single listing.
Once you can remember your e-mail address that you signed
up with, you can easily get back into your property
account. From the partner login page, click on
your username?' link, from there, enter in your e-mail
address. Your username will then be e-mailed to you. Then,
click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link, from there,
in your username. A new password will then be e-mailed to
you. As we do not have access to the
human-readable version of your password for security
reasons, we regret that your original password cannot be

link in the main menu. You will then be asked to provide
personal details (which are never shared and which are
used by us to administrate your property listings). Once
account is created, you can begin creating as many
listings as you wish, all free of charge.
Our reservation system is one of the most advanced in the
sector. You can define different prices for your property
based on different times of the year, e.g. low season and
high season. Further to that, you can apply discounts or
premiums for short or long stays. You can ensure that you
only receive bookings on a Saturday-Saturday basis, or that
customers must book a minimum of 3 nights, for example. You
can also apply discounts and premiums based on check-in/out
times, check-in/out days, events, how far in advance a
customer is booking and you can create last minute deals to
ensure your property is fully booked. It is also possible
for you to offer the customer free or chargeable extras, for
example, you may charge extra for parking. All of these
options are incredibly flexible giving you 100% control of
your property's positioning with respect to other rentals in

you to specify the number of physical units that a listing
represents, name each of the physical units (e.g.

availability separately. The availability shown on the

one set of descriptions, pictures, directions, check-in
