The apartment is in a quiet residential area, with shops within walking distance. The lounge and one of the bedrooms have a balcony with wonderful views onto the gardens of the residence, the town of Antibes and the sea beyond. The apartment is tastefully decorated, with wooden floors and large windows throughout.
There is a supermarket, butcher, restaurant, chemist, grocery shop and bar located within a 5-minutes walk of the apartment. It is a 15-minute walk into the centre of Antibes, and 20 minutes into Juan-les-Pins. There is a bus stop just outside the property. From here there are regular buses to the centre.
It is in a ideal location for those wishing to escape the crowds in the summer, whilst at the same time being within easy reach of the lively towns and beaches of both Antibes and Juan-les-Pins.

The apartment is on the second floor, with a lift. It has two double bedrooms and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. There is a large living room with a sofa, television and French windows that lead out onto the balcony.
There is a separate equipped kitchen with a dining table. The apartment also has a bathroom with washing machine, and a separate WC, making it ideal for two couples sharing the apartment.

The residence 'Le Consul' is in a peaceful area and offers wonderful views of Antibes and the sea. There are convenience stores located just 5 minutes away.
It is a 15-minute walk into the centre of Antibes. A regular bus service operates just outside the residence to the centre of Antibes and the beachfront, for 1 euro.
There are many things to see in Antibes; the luxury yachts in the large port, Fort Carre and many shops and restaurants. In the charming old quarter of Antibes, you can walk the ancient remparts and narrow streets. The Picasso Museum, located in Chateau Grimaldi, is worth a visit too.
On top of that there are the many beaches of Antibes and Juan-les-Pins to choose from.
From Antibes centre it is a short bus-ride up to the mountain village of Biot, the home of blown glass. There you will find workshops and museums dedicated to this traditional practice.
The train station is 20-minutes walk from the apartment. From here it is only a 30-minute train ride to Nice or Cannes.
