Cap d’Antibes Beachfront villa is a stylish seafront villa with its own private beach and is located in one of the most exclusive parts of the Côte d’Azur. This modern and bright beachside villa has a large open-plan living / dining area that merges onto the terrace. There is also a small but fully equipped kitchen which opens into the living area. The living area has a piano and TV with international channels.
The villa also has a little office with a computer, internet access (Wifi and ADSL), 4 bedrooms (3 doubles with queen-sized beds and one twinroom) and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a CCTV security system, a safe and access to the main terrace. Two of the bedrooms also have private secluded terraces. There is a guardian on site that prepares the beach and terrace daily and breakfast if required. The villa also has a separate laundry building with a shower and toilet, and dressing rooms and another shower and toilet beside the beach area.

Cap d’Antibes, which juts out into the Mediterranean, is one of the most exclusive parts of the Côte d’Azur and is home to the millionaires’ châteaux and the famous Eden Roc hotel, which some say is the most beautiful in the world. The villa is as close as you can get to the sea in Cap d’Antibes and only a short walk to restaurants and amenities. It is also only a five minute drive to the exclusive Eden Roc restaurant.
Cap d’Antibes is located between Cannes and Nice in the heart of the Côte d’Azur and only a 30 minute drive (25km) from Nice airport. It is only a half hour drive to Cannes (15km), 40 minutes to Nice (26km), 50 minutes to Monaco (49km) and an hour and a half to St Tropez (100km).
Antibes town is an historic town with narrow streets, ramparts, a magnificent cathedral, charming squares and great atmosphere. The town centre is best explored on foot where as you pass the local craft workshops you can watch the craftsmen as they work. The château, bastion and towers now hold the Modern Art Museum, History and Archaeological museum of traditional crafts and local culture. Antibes is loved for its quiet atmosphere with restaurants, cafes, theatres, private clubs and piano bars.
Antibes also has 25km of coastline with sandy beaches, pebble beaches, coves, ports and every watersport you could imagine. You will also find tennis, golf, squash, karting, horseriding, hiking and pretty much any other activity you would like to take part in and all within easy reach. If that’s not enough Antibes is also famous for its events and festivals including the Festival of Sacred Arts in January, Mardi Gras in February, Arts and Crafts shows in April, the famous Jazz à Juan festival and the Les Voiles d’Antibes yacht race in June, the Operatic festival in July, Firework festivals in July and August and the World under water photography festival in October.
However, if its exciting nightlife you’re looking for Juan les Pins is right next door with its clubs, bars, casinos and night shopping.
