Cap d’Antibes Seaview Villa is located in one of the most exclusive parts of the Côte D’Azur and is only seconds away from the seafront. From the villa and terraces you can take in stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean and famous Garoupe Bay and beach. The extensive lawned gardens enjoy full sunshine from sunrise to 7pm during the summer months.
However, you can always relax out of the sun in the hammock in the shade of the trees or on the covered terrace. You will never be short of entertainment as the villa has a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, boules court, table tennis, satellite TV with International channels, stereo system, wireless, internet, BBQ, outdoor dining terrace with seaviews, kitchenette and seating for fifteen guests. The villa is also within walking distance of the beaches, local shops and restaurants.

This luxuriously decorated villa has three floors. The ground floor entrance hall leads into a large and spacious living area and dining room with large bay windows with spectacular seaviews. The fully equipped kitchen is open-plan and there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The ground floor also has two bedrooms with views of the garden and one bathroom.
There are three ensuite double bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a sitting area, TV and private terrace with magnificent seaviews. The other two bedrooms have garden views. The sixth double ensuite bedroom is located on the lower ground floor and is completely independent from the rest of the villa with its own entrance from the garden.

Cap d’Antibes Seaview Villa is situated on the south east side of Cap d’Antibes, a peninsula jutting into the Mediterranean and one of the most exclusive parts of the Côte d’Azur. It is a corner site on a small side road and seconds from the seafront of the Garoupe. The villa is within walking distance of sandy beaches, local shops and restaurants.
Cap d’Antibes is located between Cannes and Nice in the heart of the Côte d’Azur and only a 30 minute drive (25km) from Nice airport. It is only a 27 minutes to Cannes (15km), 40 minutes to Nice (26km), 50 minutes to Monaco (49km) and 94 minutes to St. Tropez (100km).
Not only perfectly located for exploring the Côte d’Azur, Cap d’Antibes has something for everyone whether its relaxation or sporting activities you are looking, history and architecture or a buzzing nightlife and shopping scene, its all here.
