A sweeping gravel driveway surrounded by expansive flat gardens with space and facilities for a variety of sporting activities leads to the villa. A heated swimming pool and bathing area are located at the front of the property and an outdoor solar heated shower also features. The outdoor kitchen comprises a gas BBQ, a pizza oven and a sizable dining area suitable for entertainment.
The entrance floor is an open-plan, elegantly designed area with large stone arches separating the entrance hall, the living and dining areas and the kitchen. The living area offers luxurious leather seating, SKY TV and a grand piano. The traditional style kitchen facilitates entertaining whether in the stylish indoor dining room or outside on the terrace. Also located on the ground floor are two bedrooms, both of which are ensuite and one with direct jacuzzi access. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and is complete with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. It shares the first floor with a home cinema.

A separate apartment is contained within the villa but with exterior access only and comprises two additional bedrooms, one twin and one double and a home cinema with two queen-size sofabeds and a cot. A large open-plan living area and fully equipped modern style kitchen and dining area are also included.
