Villa Valbonne is situated along a quiet road on the outskirts of the historic, medieval town of Valbonne.
The exterior of of the villa is quite simply, stunning! It has a private, heated pool with a poolside terrace lined with sun-loungers, a separate dining terrace and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and wood burning oven.
This is all surrounded by beautiful, landscaped gardens which also provide extra privacy due to the taller trees lining the perimeter. The villa itself is very spacious. It has the traditional, French sloping rooftop and wooden window shutters which exude charm and elegance and this is carried through to the interiors, which have just been newly refurbished drawing on both traditional and contemporary styles.
The lounge is a natural meeting point in the house and it has plenty of comfortable seating and sofas. There is also a good selection of books, DVDs and CDs should you fancy a quiet night in by the fire. There is also Wi-fi access, an iPod compatible sound station and satellite television. There are four bedrooms, two doubles and two twin rooms. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an American-style larder, fridge/freezer with an ice dispenser, dishwasher and a washing machine.

Valbonne is ideally located close to the towns of Biot, Saint Paul-de-Vence and Mougins. Antibes and Cannes are also close by and both have beautiful sandy beaches. The bustling city of Nice is just a twenty minute drive away and the plush Principality of Monaco is just a thirty minute drive.

Valbonne is a beautiful and historic village with many local ameneties such as a supermarket, boulangerie, pizzeria, hairdresser and a pharmacy. There are also many boutique stores, an excellent array of restaurants, pavement cafés and weekly food and flea markets. Valbonne is located just 20 minutes from Nice International Airport and a short drive from the beautiful, nearby beaches of Cannes, Antibes and trendy Juan les Pins. Other nearby historic villages include Biot and Saint Paul-de-Vence.
Valbonne is also a beautiful location to take a stroll along the historic paved village or along the walking trails through the local nature reserves, the most famous of which, The Brague, features picturesque waterfalls and woodlands. This is a great location if you're travelling with children. The villa is accessed by an electrical gate offering security. There is also a nearby Marineland with waterslides, dolphins, killer whales and sealions.
