This charming property is located just a five minute walk from the centre of Valbonne’s old town allowing easy access to the many facilities the village has to offer; the cobbled streets with quaint cafés and bars, the markets and the local restaurants. It boasts five stylish bedrooms and sleeps a total of ten guests.
An elevated south-facing terrace with an outdoor dining area and pergola immediately overlooks an expansive swimming pool and bathing area with views of the city of Nice and the Mediterranean sea in the distance. Beautifully landscaped gardens with luscious greenery and attractive stone features surround the villa.
The entrance floor is a spacious, open-plan area which includes a comfortable living room with elegant furniture, a stylish dining room and a large fully equipped modern kitchen. The entrance floor has multiple terrace access and beautiful garden views.
The property has five bedrooms in total. Four of the bedrooms are double rooms and two of these have direct access to ensuite bath/shower rooms. A children’s room with bunk beds and a separate single bed shares a bathroom with another double room. Two of the bedrooms lead directly onto a shared terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and also offers distant sea views.

The peaceful surroundings within which this villa is situated allow for a luxurious relaxing vacation while at the same time various facilities such as golf and good quality restaurants are located nearby. Proximity to some of the Riviera’s more vibrant locations such as Cannes and Antibes offer the opportunity to shop, dine and socialise in more lively areas.

Located on a picturesque hill top overlooking the charming village of Valbonne, this villa lies in a very tranquil location and yet is only a five minute walk away from the centre of the old town of Valbonne. Valbonne means ‘Good Valley’ and the village is situated in the basin of the river Brague in the Alpes Maritimes department of south eastern France.
Valbonne comprises the old quarter with its narrow cobbled streets, features of Romanesque architecture and tastefully restored stone buildings and the newer, more developed region of Sophia Antipolis lies to the east. The immediate view from this villa takes in expansive lush forests while distant views of Nice and the sea can also be seen.
Cannes, which is renowned for its celebrity culture, vibrant social scene and beautiful sandy beaches is a mere 13km from Valbonne. Antibes with its impressive marina encompassing many restaurants and bars is also just 13km away while the region’s main airport in Nice is accessible in just twenty minutes.
