This beautiful bastide has an unhindered seaview of the Mediterranean. Located on the hilltop of Villeneuve-Loubet, it has grounds of over 24 acres of well kept mature gardens. It has a salt system swimming pool and patio area with sun loungers and a large outdoor dining area.
The villa has impeccable interiors with a double living room with French doors leading to the outdoor dining terrace. There is also a formal dining room and a fully equipped professional kitchen. The villa sleeps 16 guests with 4 air-conditioned double rooms on the upper floor with ensuite dressing rooms and ensuite bath or shower rooms. Three of these rooms have private balconies and two have seaviews.

The master bedroom also has an ensuite office with wifi internet access. The other four bedrooms are on the ground floor and are twinrooms that share two full bathrooms. Ideal for large families or groups of friends, it is also perfectly located for exploring the Côte d’Azur.

Villeneuve - Loubet is located on the Côte d’Azur between Cagnes-sur-Mer and Antibes, at the mouth of the Loup River. Conveniently located only 12 minutes from Nice airport, it is also a perfect location for exploring the rest of the Côte d’Azur.
Just over 15 minutes from the beautiful French hamlet of Roquefort-les-pins and 20 minutes to the exclusive Cap d’Antibes or the gourmet restaurants of Mougins, 25 minutes from the glitz and glamour of Cannes and Nice, the French Riviera is on your doorstep.
Even the famous St. Tropez is only an hour and twenty minutes away or better again Monaco is only 40 minutes away. If you prefer to stay where you are, you will not be disappointed. The fascinating old medieval village of Villeneuve - Loubet stands on the hill while the new town stretches down to the Mediterranean and 4km of beautiful sandy beaches.
