Newly refurbished and designed in July 2007 this beautiful period building maintains many of its original features including two large marble fireplaces, this flat combines the old and new tastefully. The apartment has 2 large double bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. It has real wood floors and high ceilings with new large shutter windows throughout the apartment keeping it light and airy. It has WiFi internet and a flatscreen TV.
The modern refitted kitchen area comes with all mod cons including microwave, cappuccino maker, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, 4 ring electric hob, toaster and kettle. It is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. There is still enough cupboard space for all your things…. The kitchen also has a cordless iron and ironing board. There are a couple of stools for sitting at the breakfast bar.

"Super low priced apartment that we really love. It's so close to everything, 2 minutes from the Cannes Film Festival Hall and surrounded by the best riviera shopping. In a word - perfect."
"We were a bit worried as we made our way to the apartment as it is near the railway station and the area looked less than salubrious but whilst not the prettiest of areas its nearness to bus stops, the station, the shops and the beach made it a great location for our weekend car less break. We took the express bus from Nice Airport and got there in less than 40 mins. We asked the bus driver if he would stop near the train station and he did so not a long walk to the apartment. We were met promptly at the arranged time by Kathryn who was very helpful. The apartment is in an old building with a very dingy entrance hall but the apartment itself is modern and very clean. I have a particular fetish about bathrooms, especially french ones but the bathroom here would do a four star hotel proud. The front bedroom is lovely with high ceilings and old fireplace, a little nosiy at night, the back bedroom less nice. The kitchen, though doesn't have an oven, is adequtely equipped, for a short stay anyway. Beautiful freshly roasted chickens are available from the butchers next store so easy to rustle up a meal. Complimentary tea and coffee was provided. A hassle free, enjoyable short break, in a basic but nice apartment, with very helpful and efficient dealings with Riviera Rental Guide."
