This light and spacious apartment is perfectly situated in the centre of Cannes, providing accommodation for up to 4 people in a very modern and cosy setting.
The living area has two large windows, allowing plenty of light, and a view over the lovely courtyard below.
There is a large sofa, which converts to a bed, two comfortable armchairs, and a coffee table, making an ideal space in which to relax.
The dining area features a cottage-style, white wooden setting for four. The kitchen is very modern, with a large fridge, stove and microwave.

The bedroom has a large double bed and plenty of storage space, and leads directly to the modern bathroom, which has a bath and shower.
The open plan design of the apartment creates a very sociable and warm space, much like Cannes itself!

The apartment is perfectly located in the centre of Cannes, with the Palais des Festivals, the beach and the city life right on its doorstep.
It is also within metres of the main street of rue d’Antibes, which offers many local delights. La Croisette is a mere 2 minutes walk away - the centre of the town’s tourist activity, known for its luxury hotels and boutique shops.
It’s a very short stroll to the picturesque port, and the old town, with its narrow winding streets, typical of the region and filled with restaurants and souvenir shops. The train station is a 10-minute walk away and offers regular services all along the coast including Italy and Monaco. The airport is 30 minutes from Cannes.
