The apartment itself is only a few years old, and has very recently been redecorated in a simple and modern style.
The open plan kitchen borders the living and dining areas with a breakfast bar which makes for a very sociable environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern units.
The living area has plenty of comfy seating for up to 6 people and views out to the large terrace. From the apartments large terrace there are spectacular uninterrupted views out over the sea. You can see as far as Antibes and even the Iles des Lerins, with the old fort in clear view.

There are two large double bedrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed, an armchair and large wardrobe with a full length mirror. The second bedroom offers twin beds also with large wardrobe and full length mirrors.
The bathroom offers both bath and shower with a separate toilet. The apartment is in a very safe area, is fully secure with electric blinds throughout and the building is well maintained.

The Moure Rouge Apartment is located at the east end of the famous Boulevard de la Croisette.
The Croisette stretches from the Port and the Palais des Festivals all the way along the beach for 2km. The Moure Rouge Beach is directly in front of the apartment in the Palm Beach area.
The Palm Beach area sits on a mini cap meaning you are surrounded by a number of beaches and magnificent views.
It is a lovely location, and the stretch along the Croisette to the centre of Cannes makes for a lovely walk passing the beaches, bars and restaurants - not to mention the exclusive hotels! You also have the Palm Beach hotel, famous for it's Casino.
The apartment is 30 minutes from Nice Cote d'Azur airport and on a busy bus route, while the amenities of Cannes are a pleasant short stroll away.
