This elegant, 2-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a lovely, traditional building in the heart of Cannes.
Wooden floors throughout create a very warm and homely ambiance, while selected antique and modern furniture add a classy, comfortable finish. High ceilings combined with ample floor space also offer guests a very open and airy space in which to relax and enjoy their Cannes holiday.
The living area includes a soft leather sofa, large coffee table, decorative fireplace with large overhead gilded mirror, and a wall-mounted flat-screen television with satellite television. There is a wooden desk and chair in the corner of the room, and a delightful six-seater dining table, situated close to the kitchen. The whole apartment is air-conditioned for the comfort of guests.
The fully renovated kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a double fridge/freezer, dishwasher and full stove and oven.

The bedrooms are decorated in the same, classic design as the rest of the apartment and are quite spacious. The main features a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, storage and it’s own en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC.
The second bedroom has a single bed, storage and another en-suite bathroom. There is a separate WC in the hallway.
The apartment benefits from a fantastic location in the centre of Cannes. It is within minutes of the beach, the Croisette, the main shopping strip of rue d’Antibes and the bustling old port.
Despite it’s central location, the apartment enjoys quiet surroundings.
