This is a magnificent, large and charming property, ideally located on the popular main street of rue d’Antibes in Cannes.
The apartment was redecorated in 2006 and finished in quality furnishings, which are both stylish and very comfortable.
The living area is immaculately presented, with terracotta floor tiles, two large arched French doors opening onto a balcony, and selected mood lighting. The seating area boasts a sizeable plush suede corner sofa, a glass-top coffee table, lamp, tasteful artwork and large wall mirror. Opposite is a large flat screen television with cable channels and a DVD player.
The dining area is adjacent and is a wonderful space for meals in.
The separate kitchen has the same wonderful arched French doors opening onto the balcony, and benefits from all modern amenities, including stove, oven, fridge/freezer and coffee making facilities. There is a breakfast bar and stool for social times in the kitchen too.

The master bedroom features a very large double bed and plenty of storage space, hidden behind delightful floor-to-ceiling mirrors. It has a modern and spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower and even more large mirrors.
The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds. It benefits from the same mirror-covered built-in storage units, and enjoys plenty of light (which can be easily shut out). There is another en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC.
There is full air-conditioning and Internet access available in the apartment.

The apartment is located in a beautiful period building on the very charismatic main street of rue d’Antibes. Single lane traffic below ensures vehicle noise is kept to a limit, while the hustle and bustle of people shopping on this famous strip will have you itching to join them.
Everything you need is a short stroll away. The beach is a mere 2 minutes walk south, as is the luxurious waterfront strip, the Croisette.
The apartment is in an area that is surrounded by restaurants, bars and entertainment, to suit any budget.
To the west is the traditional old port, lined with quality seafood restaurants and bars. And to the east is the Palm Beach peninsula, which offers every kind of water sport you can imagine.
The train station is also a short stroll north, and it offers very regular services throughout the Riviera, to Monaco and Italy.
