Conveniently situated on the first floor, with a lift, this apartment is decorated in an attractive palate of cream and maroon tones, with an open plan design and a delightful little balcony.
The living area is spacious and features a comfortable sofa, large rug, small LCD television and table lamp. Large glass doors lead from the dining area, which seats four, out on to the balcony, which also benefits from a small outdoor setting.
The large kitchen is well kitted out, and contains all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook and entertain. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, integrated fridge-freezer, even a coffee maker and blender for fresh fruit smoothies. There are two bedrooms, approximately the same size and both furnished in a similar style. Both have double beds, reading lamps, storage space and their own shower rooms.

There is a separate W.C. This apartment is perfectly located within 10 minutes of the Palais des Festivals, the old town and the port, and a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars, making it a great option for both congress goers and holidaymakers alike.

It has the convenience of being on the first floor, although there a lift to help manage all those shopping bags.Some of the finest bakeries, boutiques and shops are on your doorstep, as well as runway couture houses Agnes B, MaxMara, and Missoni.A short walk will take you to the beaches, both public and private, the beautiful port, ideal for people watching, and the charismatic old town of Le Suquet. With the train station a mere 10 minutes walk away, and regular bus services, the whole of the French Riviera is easily accessible.
