This delightful 3-bedroom apartment is situated just above the charismatic old town of Cannes.Recently renovated with quality furnishings, the apartment offers comfortable air-conditioned accommodation for up to 5 people.The open plan design creates a very light and airy space, and the terrace offers a lovely birdseye view of the old town and city rooftops. The living area is decorated with large paintings, a big comfy sofa, side tables, coffee table, rug and entertainment area with television and DVD player. From here you enter the sun-filled terrace, with its own outdoor setting. The kitchen is compact and well equipped, with a decent-sized fridge-freezer, microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for your convenience. Black granite bench tops complete the modern layout.The bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of storage, as well as bedside tables and lamps. The sleeping arrangements are very flexible, thanks to the single-bed configuration and the ability to turn each twin-room into a double. The bedrooms also boast an en-suite each.This apartment is no more than a 10-minute walk to the Croisette and is just as close to the Palais des Festivals.
