The apartment is located in a beautiful Bourgeois building, with a lift, near the town hall of Cannes, just minutes from the Croisette and its beaches, the Palais des Festival, the port and the old town.
Being in an old quarter, the surrounding architecture is very charismatic and typical of this region.
It is within walking distance of all the fantastic restaurants, bars, brasseries and retail stores. It is also a stroll away from the luxurious promenade, and its A-list hotels and prestigious boutiques.
The train station is a ten-minute walk from the apartment, and it offers very regular services all along the French Riviera.
Taxis and buses are also readily available. The airport is within 30 minutes of Cannes.
