High ceilings, clean white lines and blasts of colour make for very comfortable, contemporary accommodation. The large kitchen boasts a stainless-steel double fridge-freezer with an ice-making facility, and black granite bench tops. There is a central island hob around which bar stools are situated, making for very social meal times.
The living room is very bright, due to the large glass windows that open out onto the terrace, which offers a number of different spaces in which to relax. With comfortable outside furniture, including a wicker corner lounge and table setting, alfresco entertaining will be hard to resist.
The bedrooms are all finished to the same high standards as the living space. The master bedroom features an incorporated wooden headboard and side tables, with lamps, queen size bed and television. The second bedroom also boasts a queen size bed and similar layout.

The third bedroom is a twin and cleverly uses bunk beds to maximize space. All bedrooms have built-in storage.There are two bathrooms. The first is an en-suite to the master bedroom and is quite large, with a bath and twin washbasins.
The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.Given its elevated location, the view from the terrace is quite stunning, with an ocean panorama and views of the Iles de Lerins, the bay of Cannes and the stunning Esterel mountains.
There is private underground parking and a swimming pool in the residence.
