This 3-bedroom apartment is the epitome of style and luxury. From the moment you enter the front door, you are struck by its sheer size and elegance. Masterfully restored, the interior assumes the beautiful belle époque décor of its era, including original mouldings and tile floors.
A lovely, grand hallway welcomes you much like the entrance of a prestigious hotel – a sparkling chandelier, high ceilings, an elaborate mirror and antique furniture signalling what awaits you behind each door.
The salon is a lovely airy space, decorated with classic French furnishings and retaining the original parquet flooring. Large French windows provide an abundance of natural light, and lead out to a small terrace that overlooks bustling Cannes, conveniently veiled behind tall green trees.
The adjoining dining room has a setting for up to six people, a writing desk, and a vintage mirror above a majestic red marble fireplace. The kitchen is to the left and boasts the same classic style, while benefitting from all modern conveniences. All rooms are flooded by natural light.
The master bedroom is particularly romantic, with large queen size bed, mini chandelier, fireplace and overhead antique mirror. It also boasts a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub, shower, gilded mirror and its own fireplace.

Bedrooms one and two both feature twin single beds, which can be made as a double king size upon request. They are equipped with flat screen TVs and incorporated DVD players. They also have their own en-suite bathrooms, with bathtub, shower facilities and towel warmers.
For your comfort and convenience, the apartment is fully air-conditioned and provides Internet access.

The apartment is located within easy walking distance of all major attractions. A stroll south along boulevard Carnot will take you through the centre of Cannes, brimming with restaurants, retails stores and local delights.
Once you hit rue d’Antibes, the shopping really begins, with French couture houses interspersed among larger, well-known stores. More luxury can be found along the Croisette, with its palatial hotels, designer boutiques and private beaches.
East of La Croisette is the port, bursting with quality restaurants, wine bars, and brasseries. And just beyond that, the delightful old town, offering spectacular views of Cannes and the Lérins Islands.
There are taxis and bus services readily available, and the airport is within 30 minutes of Cannes.
