This studio apartment is ideally located next to all the action. It is just minutes from the beach, the famous luxury strip La Croisette, restaurants, bars, boutiques and the Palais des Festivals.
The studio has been recently refurbished to a high standard, and feels particularly roomy and airy. There is a sofa bed and armchair in the living space, as well as a separate double bed, for comfortable sleeping arrangements.
The kitchen is gorgeous, and features a large stain-steel fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is also a social breakfast bar and high bar stools. But this is the French Riviera, and dining is particularly encouraged ‘al fresco’, so there is a lovely large terrace, with two table settings!

The bathroom is also very new and clean, and features a shower and towel warmer.
