This gorgeous studio apartment has been fully renovated and fitted with stylish quality furnishings. It is very spacious, and draws plenty of character from the exposed beam ceilings, the period furniture and the large fireplace at its centre.
Three large windows provide plenty of light and fresh breezes, while also offering incredible views of the port and blue waters below.
The living area boasts a modern, cream sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed. There is a flat screen television and Internet for your entertainment, and beautiful established plants that add a homely touch. There is also plenty of storage space in the lovely wooden cupboard in the corner of the room.

There is a separate kitchen, fitted with all the necessary amenities, including an oven, fridge and stove. The bathroom is clean and modern and includes a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack.
The studio is perfectly located at the old port of Cannes and enjoys spectacular views.
To the west of the apartment is the charming medieval old town called Le Suquet, which gives visitors a breath-taking view of the coast of Cannes and out to the Lerins Islands. Its cobblestone, winding streets are filled with art boutiques and souvenir shops.
Within metres of the apartment, guests will find the bustling port, lined with fantastic seafood restaurants, brasseries and bars.
It is a short 5 minute walk to the Palais des Festivals, so this is a great choice for those visiting on business. And just beyond that, the famous Croisette and its beaches.
