This is a recently restored and tastefully finished apartment in the centre of Cannes, located next to the iconic Martinez Hotel and just seconds from the beach.
The living area is decorated in soft neutral tones and features a large corner sofa from which you can lay back, relax and watch your flat screen television. You’ll find a dining area here for two, but you’ll no-doubt be spending most of your time on the spacious, sun-catching terrace, which also has a table setting and is perfect for al fresco dining.
The kitchen is quite large and boasts all modern amenities and conveniences. There is a full four-ring hob and oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine. A lovely archway connects the kitchen with the main living area, creating a very open and spacious apartment.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, side table with lamp and plenty of storage space.

The bathroom is very clean and modern and includes a large mirror over the ceramic hand basin, a large bath with shower fitting and a heated towel rail.

The apartment is located close the famous Martinez Hotel, within metres of the beautiful beaches of Cannes.
A short stroll west along the Croisette will bring you into the heart of the city, a bustling hub of restaurants, bars, luxury boutiques and typical French brasseries.
The main street of rue d’Antibes, with retail stores to suit any budget, is just north of the apartment, while the beautiful Palm Beach peninsula is a short walk east.
