There is a coffee table, flat screen television, clever lighting for ambiance, and decorative touches of art. Large glass sliding doors connect the living area with a lovely little balcony, offering views out to the old town architecture beyond.

The apartment enjoys a fantastic location right in the centre of Cannes. It is situated in the Le Suquet – old town – quarter, therefore benefits from quiet, traffic-free streets and medieval charm. The building itself, however, is very modern, clean and safe.
The beach is but a stones throw away, as is the bustling old port of Cannes, which is lined with fantastic seafood restaurants and quality bars. The popular farmers market is very close by on rue Maynadier, where you can pick up some wonderful local produce.
