This is a very unique apartment close to the centre of Cannes, boasting a large garden area, 2 living spaces, 2 bedrooms and quality furnishings.
Upon entering the ground floor apartment, you are taken aback by not only the sheer size of the space, but the beautiful garden views that envelope the main living area. The soothing, soft tones are matched by striking red splashes of colour in the drapes and kitchen.
The sitting room contains two very comfortable, cream-coloured sofas separated by a large coffee table, and is perfect for entertaining or relaxing.
There is a dining area featuring stylish leather high back chairs and a glass-top table, and is capable of seating up to 6 guests. Glass sliding doors open the whole area to the spectacular garden area, with palm trees, established gardens and grass.
The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, with plenty of bench space, brand new appliances and a lot of tableware for entertaining. A large corner breakfast bar makes for a very social ambiance.

The main bedroom features a large, comfortable double bed with beautiful hardwood floors, built-in wardrobes and large sliding doors which open on to another terrace. There is also an en suite with designer fittings.
The second bedroom can be utilised as a twin, with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double. This room also has it’s own en suite and access to the terrace.
There is a lovely table and chairs outside, perfect for al fresco dining and breakfasts in the sun. Two sun lounges are also ideal for enjoying the wonderful French Riviera conditions.
This is an immaculate apartment, located in a tranquil setting but within easy walking distance of the city centre.

The apartment is situated at the end of rue Californie, just north of the beautiful Palm Beach peninsula. Here you will find lovely beaches offering a host of water sports, as well as a number of quality restaurants, bars, cafés and a Casino.
The iconic Croisette connects Palm Beach with Cannes city centre, and a leisurely stroll along this strip will reveal both public and private beaches, the majestic hotels that Cannes is so famous for, and designer boutiques including Gucci and Chanel.
