Located just north of the bustling old port, the apartment boasts spectacular views and a close proximity to all that Cannes has to offer.
Decorated in a period design, each room provides ample space, quality soft furnishings, and large sun-catching windows. The living area features a comfortable sofa from which you can sit back and relax, and enjoy some entertainment on the flat screen television.
Large, arched French doors open onto a delightful little balcony, with views over the rooftops of Cannes and out to sea. There is a nice table setting for two, upon which you can enjoy breakfast in the sun.
Included in the open plan layout of the main living room is a dining area for four, with an elegant marble-topped table and linen high-back chairs.
The kitchen is also very spacious and equipped with all modern conveniences, including a large stainless steel fridge/freezer and a new gas oven.

The bathroom is completely renovated and very stylish, with a large bathtub and fitted shower, ceramic hand basin below a large wooden mirror, and a heated towel rail.
There are two bedrooms, the first features a very comfortable king-size bed, fantastic French doors to capture the view and deliver a fresh sea breeze into the room, and plenty of storage space. The second is a twin-room, with two single beds and further storage space in built-in wardrobes.
The apartment is located in a building with a lift, and is situated within walking distance of Cannes city centre.
Casa Navas is located north of Cannes’ beautiful old port. Guests can enjoy tranquil surrounds while benefitting from the apartment’s close proximity to the city centre.
As the panorama from the balcony shows, the charming old town of Le Suquet is close by, and visitors can enjoy spectacular views over Cannes and out to the Lérins Islands.
Within minutes is the old port, a bustling hub of classic French brasseries, quality seafood restaurants, and the odd English bar thrown in for good measure. Also located on this side of the city is the main dock for boat trips out to the islands, to Nice, St Tropez and Monaco.
To the east is the shopping heart of Cannes, with an eclectic mix of designer boutiques, French fashion houses and mainstream stores.
The beach is a short 10-minute stroll away, and there are countless restaurant and entertainment options surrounding the apartment. Buses run regularly throughout the area for easy travel.
