This is an impeccable penthouse apartment, superbly located in the centre of Cannes, and with many added features.
It is situated in a brand new building on the fourth floor, and boasts an incredible 65m2 square terrace, which is decorated with a host of outdoor furniture and a jacuzzi.
The interior has been finished to the highest standard, with a quality leather corner sofa in the living area and a large flat screen television. Adjacent is a beautiful, spacious kitchen fitted with quality stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, espresso machine and all the utensils necessary for preparing large meals. Glass doors not only provide plenty of natural light into the kitchen, but also make for very easy access to the terrace, which is very convenient for entertaining and meals al fresco.
The master bedroom provides a quality double bed, a wall mounted flat-screen television, and an en suite bathroom, which is tastefully finished in ash-coloured tiles. It features a large bathtub and fitted shower. Guests of the master bedroom also have private access to the front terrace.
The second bedroom is large enough to fit two double beds comfortably. This room has its own wall-mounted flat screen television, as well as access to the front terrace.

The overwhelming bonus of this apartment is the large terrace, which is partly shaded by attractive sail canopies.
