Indigo Gardens is a superb ground floor apartment, boasting a number of special features. Situated in a brand new building just west of Cannes city centre, the 2-bedroom boasts easy access to the communal pool, a ground floor terrace with outdoor lounge area, garden, and quality furnishings throughout.
The main living area is very open and bright, with large glass sliding doors providing plenty of natural light and access to the terrace. The sitting area features a very comfortable, and large, corner sofa, which can easily seat up to 4 guests. For entertainment, there is a television and DVD player.
A stylish wicker table setting for 4 is included in the open plan design, and it is situated next to the spacious kitchen. Everything you need for meal preparation is available, including a full stove and oven, large refrigerator, microwave and breakfast facilities.
There are two bedrooms. The master has a comfortable double bed and private access to the terrace, as well as peaceful garden views and full privacy.

The second bedroom is a twin room, with two single beds and plenty of storage space. The whole apartment is air-conditioned for comfort.
The bathroom is stylish and well appointed, with a large bathtub and fitted shower, as well as a portal window providing lovely natural light.
The superb feature of Indigo Gardens is the large ground-floor terrace with a comfortable wicker lounge setting. Many hours can be enjoyed here, bathing in the Riviera sunshine or enjoying meals al fresco. The terrace overlooks a lovely manicured garden, adding to the tranquillity and privacy of this unique apartment. There is also direct access to the inviting large swimming pool, which is fenced-in for security.
