Harmony is a very charming, 3-bedroom apartment located in a beautiful 1900s bourgeois building. It has retained many of the charming features of its time, including original parquet flooring, marble fireplace and high ceilings.
The entrance hallway is bright and spacious and opens onto the main living room and two bedrooms. The sitting area has two lovely sofas, an antique armchair and a television. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows fill the room with plenty of natural light.
Through beautiful French doors, you enter the dining area and kitchen, featuring a stylish setting for four and an ornamental fireplace. The kitchen is spacious and very modern, offering a host of conveniences including a full stove and oven, a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is also a little terrace off the kitchen, perfect for breakfasts in the sun!

There are three bedrooms. The master offers a comfortable double bed with views over the garden, and plenty of storage in the built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom is a twin room, with single beds that can be pushed together to form a king size. The third bedroom is uniquely designed with an elevated futon and a desk area. From here you can also enjoy the relaxing garden views.
There is an en suite shower room that is beautifully finished, as is the second bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is very much a ‘home-away-from home’ with complete comfort offered, in a very quiet and location.
