You enter the property via a lovely small courtyard on the ground floor. This level was recently renovated and boasts two very large bedrooms, each with a king size bed and their own ensuite shower rooms.
Steps lead to the first floor, where you find the very large living room. There are two seating areas, and plenty of space for a large family or friends travelling together. Also situated on the first floor are two bedrooms, each with double beds, ensuite bathrooms, and their own balconies.

The dining area has a nice wicker and wood table setting for six, while the kitchen is very open, bright and modern, and includes all modern appliances including a new gas oven and stove.
The whole first floor opens up onto a spectacular terrace of about 100 square metres, with a covered dining area and plenty of opportunity to laze in the French Riviera sun.

A few minutes walk will bring you into the hub of the city, where you’ll discover the bustling old port lined with quality restaurants and bars, and the delightful old town of Le Suquet, with its winding medieval streets, souvenir shops and spectacular views to the Lerins Islands.
