The apartment is situated in a wonderful location on Rue d'Antibes which is one of the most popular shopping areas on the Cote d'Azur, filled with designer stores and trendy cafes and restaurants. This is a newly constructed, three bedroom apartment which has air-conditioning, cream tiled floors throughout and a spacious terrace area. The living room is bright and cosy and has double sofas, a flat-screen television, satellite tv and a DVD player. It is open-plan with the dining area which seats six guest plus there is a pleasant terrace area located through the sliding doors, equipped with sunbeds and outdoor furniture.
