It is situated just off the Croisette - an easy walk to the center of Cannes. It has magnificent beaches on 3 sides, not to mention all of the attractions of the Place de l'Etang and the Palm Beach Casino area nearby.
As you enter the apartment, you will find a large entrance hall which leads into the open and bright living area.
The apartment is decorated in a modern but comfortable style with a touch of French elegance, with the living area opening out onto a large terrace. The floor to ceiling windows mean the apartment benefits from plenty of natural light.
The master bedroom has a double bed with plenty of storage space, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is still of substantial size and offers 2 single beds.
The kitchen follows the same style as the rest of the apartment and is fully fitted with all Mod Cons and appliances.

The bathrooms are also well equipped, fully fitted and both done in a modern style.
There is a large and spacious terrace with high quality furniture overlooking the square below, and a view of the Croisette.

The Palm Beach Apartment is located at the East end of the famous Boulevard de la Croisette.
The Croisette stretches from the Port and the Palais des Festivals all the way along the beach for 2km. The Palm Beach area sits on a mini cap meaning you are surrounded by a number of beaches and magnificent views.
It is a lovely location, and the stretch along the Croisette to the centre of Cannes makes for a lovely walk passing the beaches, bars and restaurants - not to mention the exclusive hotels!
The apartment is 30 minutes from Nice Cote d'Azur airport and on a busy bus route, while the amenities of Cannes are a pleasant short stroll away
