The property has been recently renovated and re-decorated (2009) and is furnished and finished to a very high standard. It is incredibly light and airy with modern fixtures and fittings. On entering, there is a small but substantial living area with windows running the length of the room on two sides, allowing for plenty of light. There is a large comfortable corner couch where you can relax and take in the views. This room leads onto the kitchen and dining area which are both open plan. The table comfortably seats four. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons.The master bedroom is a large room with a kingsize bed, matching bedside tables and lamps, and plenty of storage. It also has it's own access to the terrace with seating for two. The second bedroom is similar, although slightly smaller with twin beds. Also with access to the terrace.The bathroom also has a modern finish, with both bath and shower facilities and heated towel rail.

This magnificent apartment is very centrally located.
You will find yourself less than a minutes walk from Cannes` sandy beaches along the infamous Croisette.
Just to the east of the apartment you will find the famous Palm Beach area and Casinos, along with the Moure Beach offering plenty of water sports.
Head west out of the apartment and you'll head towards the main shopping area of Rue d'Antibes. You will also find yourself moments away from the Palais des festivals and Cannes largest harbour.
Cannes is less than 30 minutes from Nice airport. The apartment is a short walk from the beaches, town centre, train and bus station.
