This contemporary 2-bedroom apartment was renovated in 2010 to a very high standard and is but a street away from the iconic Croisette.
The living room and dining room are open plan and spacious, with beautiful natural light coming in from the large windows. One of the windows looks out onto a garden whilst French doors opens onto a terrace that stretches the length of the apartment. The terrace is equipped with tables and chairs for a sun-drenched breakfast, with pastries purchased from the bakery just around the corner. There is also a large dining table for meals in or entertaining. There are two comfortable sofas, great for relaxed moments in front of the flat screen TV. The master bedroom is chic and modern, with a very inviting king size bed.
The terrace can also be accessed from here. The second bedroom provides two single beds, and both have their own TV and fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is wonderfully decked out with everything you could possibly need - kettle, coffee percolator, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, toaster, microwave, 4 ring hob, oven, washer/dryer and a family sized fridge freezer.
There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and W.C., and the other with a bath and W.C., just perfect for a relaxing soak after a long conference or a lazy day on the beach.

There are plenty of convenient amenities in this apartment, including Internet and an IPOD dock. It really is an ideal choice for location, style and comfort.
The apartment is situated in Central Cannes, just one block from the Croisette – the centre of the town’s tourist activity, known for its luxury hotels and exclusive boutique stores.
A few blocks away is rue d’Antibes, another haven for shopping with retail stores to suit any budget.
A short stroll east will take you to the Palais des Festival, and the port, lined with restaurants, brasseries and cafés - all ideal for enjoying a spot of people watching.
The covered farmers market (Marché Forville) is also very close on Rue Meynardier, and it is filled with tempting fresh produce and locally harvested flowers.
Restaurants abound in the centre of Cannes, as does the nightlife, which ranges from laid-back English pubs to A-list, champagne-flowing nightclubs.
There’s something to suit any mood and budget in this city.
