The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, with stainless-steel appliances and relaxing views out to the garden terrace. In fact, there are two large doors in the main living area that open to the garden paradise, which boasts established trees, a dining setting, relaxation area and plenty of privacy. There is seating for up to six guests, perfect for long lunches and evening meals in the sun or under the canopy.
The bedroom includes a large double bed and plenty of storage, while the sofa in the living area converts to another double bed. The bathroom has a beautiful dated ceramic hand basin, and there is a full-length bath and shower facility.

The apartment is located on the northern end of the Palm Beach peninsula and enjoys a fantastic beach location, while being just a short stroll from the Cannes city centre.
Close to the apartment is a wonderful patisserie, perfect for freshly baked croissants, as well as a grocer and a delicatessen.
Palm Beach is famous for its water sports, while a short stroll along the nearby Croisette will present even more beaches, both private and public. A walk along this palm-tree lined strip will also take in the famous majestic hotels of Cannes, including the beautifully designed Hotel Carlton.
An open-top bus runs frequently from Palm Beach to the old port for those not able to take the leisurely 20-minute stroll into the city.
