This is a stylish and recently refurbished 2-bedroom apartment, located just behind the iconic Hilton Hotel in Cannes city centre. It is situated in an immaculate building, offering unique services such as a concierge and secure parking.
The apartment itself is very warm and welcoming, with soft lemon walls and splashes of blue throughout. The open plan main room features a comfortable leather corner sofa from which you can relax and watch television, with satellite channels in English. The sofa conveniently pulls out into a bed to accommodate extra guests.
The dining area is also located here, and offers a beautiful large wooden dining table and chairs. This side of the apartment opens up on to the lovely large terrace, which also has outdoor furniture and is simply irresistible for al fresco dining.

The kitchen is filled with everything you need for easy meals in, including a dishwasher, full oven and stove. There is also a washing machine for your convenience. There is plenty of tableware and cooking utensils, and handy bench space. The kitchen is flooded with natural light by the two large glass sliding doors that also open on to another little balcony.
Both bedrooms are twin rooms with two single beds, therefore sleeping arrangements are very flexible, and can be utilised as singles or double beds.
This is very comfortable and convenient holiday accommodation, and the fantastic south-facing terrace will have you soaking up the Mediterranean sun with a glass of rosé in hand, in no time.

The apartment enjoys an excellent location right in the centre of town, behind the iconic Hilton Hotel. The area is therefore prestigious and very safe.
Everything is at your doorstep – the beach is but 200 metres away, as is the famous seaside strip, La Croisette.
To the west of the apartment is the old port of Cannes, a busy hub of seafood restaurants, traditional French brasseries, and a few classic English bars thrown in for good measure. Here you will also find the marina offering boat trips to Nice, Monaco and St Tropez, as well as the nearby Lérins Islands.
One block north of the apartment is the main street of rue d’Antibes, a popular main street filled with quality fashion houses with something to suit any budget. There are also many restaurants and bars in the area, all within just a few minutes walk.
To the east is the beautiful Palm Beach peninsula, a more subdued part of Cannes offering a plethora of water sports and beautiful beaches.
