Zeta is a beautifully finished, modern apartment located in a wonderful area of Cannes. Everything the city has to offer, including its beautiful beaches, are a stones throw away.
The apartment is contemporary in design, and features a comfortable living area with two modern leather sofas, a coffee table, and flat screen television. The main area is open plan, and includes the stylish kitchen, which is finished with top-quality appliances, including a full stove and oven, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.
Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or on the delightful balcony, which affords fantastic views of the bustling street below and the Gambetta market. In fact, buying fresh local produce couldn’t be easier. The balcony is relatively quiet in the evening, and a gentle buzz of activity and passing pedestrians is all that can be heard from the street below.
The main bedroom features a double bed and fitted mirrored wardrobes. The second bedroom is located in an alcove off the living area, and also includes a double bed.

The well-appointment modern bathroom has a shower, washbasin, vanity unit and WC. There is also a washing machine.

The apartment is situated on the second floor of a renovated building. There is no lift, but the stairs are easily manageable.
Its location on rue Jean Jaurés is ideal, as it is directly in the heart of bustling Cannes. Directly opposite is the fantastic farmers market, so buying local, fresh produce couldn’t be simpler.
Two streets down is rue d’Antibes, the main street of Cannes, and it offers a wonderful mix of fashion houses and boutique stores.
A short stroll south will bring you to the iconic Croisette, a beach-lined strip of Majestic Hotels, designer fashion houses, and A-list bars. Along here you will find many public and private beaches.
Surrounding the apartment are countless restaurants, brasseries and bars.
For a taste of the local seafood, head to the old port, where you can stop for a pichet of rosé and a spot of people watching as well.
Everything you need is at your doorstep, while the train station is just three blocks away should you wish to explore the rest of the French Riviera.
