Featuring an open plan design, the apartment provides plenty of comfort for up to 4 guests. The living area includes two leather sofas and a flat screen television for entertainment.
There is an elegant dining setting with seating for up to five guests, and it is conveniently situated close to the open plan kitchen, which is fitted with modern appliances. In fact, the kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, with plenty of bench space and quality fittings throughout.
There are two bedrooms. The first features two single beds which can be utilised as a large double. It has it’s own ensuite shower room. The master bedroom also features two singles or one large double bed, and a beautiful large ensuite bathroom with bath, fitted shower, and large mirror above the ceramic hand basin.

Being just metres from the coast, the apartment also offers a glimpse of the palm-tree lined beach. It is double-glazed for a noise-free for a perfect night’s sleep and fully air-conditioned for comfort.

The apartment is located in central Cannes, about two blocks from the coast and the famous Croisette. The beach is a stones throw away, as is the fabulous old port, which is filled with quality seafood restaurants and typical French brasseries.
The Palais des Festival – home of the Cannes Film Festival – is also within metres of the apartment. Located one block north is the main street of rue d’Antibes, a famous shopping strip, while designer boutiques such as Dior and Channel can be found along the Croisette.
Surrounding the apartment are countless restaurants, bars and cafés. Everything guests could ever need is right on their doorstep.
