The lower level is open plan with a very large kitchen, dining area and living room. There are comfortable sofas upon which to relax and enjoy entertainment on the wall-mounted flat screen television. In winter, you can even delight in the ambiance of a fireplace.
There are two dining areas – a breakfast bar with high stools, and another located in the kitchen. There is ample seating to accommodate six guests.
True to all country cottages, the kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, with plenty of bench space and all modern conveniences. There is also a washing machine available.
Windows fill the lower level with beautiful natural light, while table lamps throughout provide warm mood lighting.

The upper level has charming hatched roofs – but they are high enough to not be annoying! There are three bedrooms in all, an indication of the sheer size of this loft apartment. There are two twin rooms, each with a set of single beds, while the master has a comfortable double bed.
Two stylish bathrooms are also located on the top floor.
Overlooking the living area below and situated on a mezzanine is a well-equipped study – perfect for those travelling on business. There is unlimited Wifi, a PC and printer available for the use of guests.
The property feels as though it is tucked away in the hills, yet it is in fact at the heart of Cannes centre. This is quite a unique accommodation opportunity that even comes with regular housekeeping services.
