This modern design townhouse is located in the centre of Cannes in the inner court. This is in the car free shopping area so noise pollution is kept to a minimum.
Spread over three floors, the house exhibits tasteful interior design and open plan living space. There are north and south facing terraces which capture the sun’s rays throughout the day. The terraces are furnished with a dining table and sun loungers.
A large, open plan living/dining area is located on the entrance floor. Stunning inside stone walls and a flag stone floor covering provide an authentic feel while comfortable couches and a pot belly stove allow for ultimate relaxation.
There is also a dining area in the main lounge with seating for up to ten guests at a long dark wooden table. The kitchen is of contemporary design, is fully equipped and leads to an outdoor terrace. A separate pantry with laundry facilities also forms part of the property.

Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor; the master bedroom with a king size bed and access to an en-suite bathroom and two further twin rooms, both of which also have en-suite access. A fitness room and an office are also located on this floor.
The second floor features two more bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom and the other with twin beds which also has en-suite access. A TV room which has another set of twin beds if required and access to a small south facing terrace is also located on the second floor.
This fabulous townhouse in a uniquely central location is an ideal base from which to operate during any trip to this region given its proximity to all local amenities.
