This contemporary villa is situated within a gated domain in Le Cannet, a town nestled in the heart of the sloping hills above Cannes, just ten minutes from the coast. There is a large pool with a poolside bathing area as well as a BBQ and dining area.
Inside lies the open-plan living dining area complete with comfortable couches and armchairs, an open fireplace and television plus a dining area seating up to ten guests. There is also direct access to the outdoor terrace and garden through the French windows. The kitchen is fully equipped and all kitchen untensils and tableware are provided. There is a second lounge and dining area on the lower level of the villa, also with garden access.

There are a total of five bedroom; four double bedrooms and one twinroom. Three of the double bedrooms, all of which are ensuite, and the twinroom are located in the main villa. The final bedroom is located within an apartment seperate from the main house which features independent access, a lounge area, kitchenette and an ensuite bathroom.
