Le Cannet Seaview Villa is a stylishly decorated villa with beautiful views over the Bay of Cannes. It has stunning interiors and plenty of space. The entrance hall leads directly into the elegantly furnished main lounge. This stylish room has a comfortable sofa and armchairs, large piano and access to the upper terrace and stunning views of the Bay of Cannes. Off the main lounge is a TV room with a large flat-screen TV with SKY television. The villa villa also has Wifi internet access.
There is an additional lounge area on the ground floor that leads out onto the pool terrace. Also on the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with an integrated dining area with a large dining table and seating for eight guests. The modern kitchen has a large central island ideal for meal preparation and the open-plan layout means you won’t miss out on any of the fun.
There are five double bedrooms with ensuite bath or shower rooms. The master bedroom also has its own private terrace. The fifth bedroom is located in a separate apartment which also has a living room with a kitchenette.

The terraces are all wonderfully designed for optimal views and privacy. From the main lounge you can access the terraces that overlook the Bay of Cannes. Here you will find comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can sit back and relax while you enjoy the stunning views. The lower terrace has a large heated swimming pool with a patio area complete with cushioned sun loungers and parasols.
Off this area is a beautiful garden terrace with mature trees and shrubs. There is a dining table and chairs for dining al fresco and additional comfortable seating including a sofa and large adjustable parasol.
