This is a lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa perched in the hills above Cannes. It boasts spectacular sea views, a sun-catching terrace and a communal pool for the ultimate summer holiday.
The villa is simple and comfortable in design, with a large leather sofa in the living room that can easily accommodate up to six guests, and a television with cable channels for entertainment.
The dining area is also located here, and includes a stylish glass-top table and seating for up to six. Large French doors flood the room with natural, Riviera sunshine. They also open up on to the fabulous terrace, affording breath-taking views over Cannes and out to the Mediterranean Sea. From here, steps lead down to the communal pool and garden area (shared between only two villas), bordered by deck chairs. It is the perfect place to relax and marvel at the views.

The kitchen is separate from the main living area and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove and microwave among the appliances.
There are two bedrooms. The master is equipped with a queen size bed and features an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and fitted shower. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds. There is also a separate shower room with W.C.
With stunning panoramic views, a swimming pool, garden, barbecue, television and even baby cots available, this is the ideal summer getaway for a family.
