This beautiful villa is a newly built property and is presented to the highest of standards. It features 5 bedrooms in total and 5 bathrooms with two of the bedrooms located in an independent apartment complete with its own lounge and bathroom.
Set in manicured gardens of 2000m2 with a private salt water swimming pool, flood lit tennis courts and a basketball practise area, all with stunning mountain views and a good degree of privacy.
The house is large and spacious, decorated in a Provençal style while remaining fresh and modern. It is well appointed and extremely well equipped, especially for enjoying the fine weather and outdoor lifestyle of the South of France.
There is a summer kitchen, complete with barbecue, fridge freezer, large oven, halogen hob, double sink and dining area.

Mougins is located just 5 kilometres inland from Cannes and enjoys a higher degree of solitude compared with the busy coast.
It is set in some of the most picturesque landscape in the area and boasts two of the best golf courses in the South of France.
The villa has direct access to one of these golf courses, The Royal Mougins and shares the same lush green views and mature landscape.
It is close to the Medieval old town of Mougins which is a centre for artists and home to some fine dining restaurants. The centre of Cannes, with it's shops, beaches and restaurants is just 20 minutes away, the best of all worlds.
