This quaint villa is ideally situated in a peaceful residential area just moments from the lofty commune of Mougins, just a twenty minute drive from Cannes. Situated on half an acre of land, the exterior comprises a sizeable garden with high hedges and a terrace with sunloungers, a parasol and is dotted with potted plants.
The open-plan lounge and kitchen is a welcoming and relaxed space which has been beautifully decorated with a mix of wooden, antique furnishings and some colourful, more contemporary pieces. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing homecooked meals and the central island also serves as a breakfast bar.

There are a total of five bedrooms. Three are located on the ground floor; two twinrooms and a doubleroom which share a seperate bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms, one of which is the master suite, are located on the first floor and are both double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. The childrens playroom in the basement can also be used as an additional bedroom upon request.
