This charming villa is located in one of the finest residential areas Mougins has to offer. Surrounded by tall trees and beautiful gardens, this villa is the perfect hide away from the hustle and bustle of modern day living. A large pool with child alarm system and salt treatment system is located in the main garden and is surrounded by multiple terraces complete with luxurious sun loungers, a BBQ for cooking outdoors and an elegant outdoor dining area.
Table tennis facilities are available to the rear of the villa and the entire property is gated for increased protection. The interior is tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, open-plan living/dining area. The living room boasts comfortable furnishings including two full-length leather couches, an attractive open fireplace and beautiful timber ceiling beams.

The dining area which is also located in the main living area has seating for up to eight guests around an antique style table. There are four bedrooms in this villa; an elegant master bedroom complete with a queen-size bed and access to an ensuite bathroom, a double room with rustic theme overlooking the garden, a twinroom and a fourth bedroom with three single beds. The latter three bedrooms each share a bathroom.
